We require full payment for all treatments on the date of service unless other arrangements have been made with our office in advance. For patients interested in spreading out treatment costs over several payments, CareCredit is an option. Upon approval, you can set up a payment plan that works for you.

We accept all PPO insurance plans, but may not participate in all networks. If you have any questions about your coverage, don’t hesitate to contact our office.
Our office submits insurance claims on behalf of our patients to insurance companies, which pay our office directly. Whenever possible, our team will make every effort to maximize your insurance benefits.
At Chalet Dental, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. It is understandable that occasionally conflicts come up and appointments need to be rescheduled. In order to avoid the $82 cancellation fee, we require 48 business hours’ notice for any appointment changes.
